Reliance awarded to Nutara the design and supply of a waste gas/liquid incinerator for the Reliance Sibur Halo Butyl Rubber Project (www.reliancesibur.com), part of the Reliance Jamnagar Refineries Complex in Gujarat, India. Jamnagar is the single largest refinery complex in India (www.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jamnagar_Refinery) and Reliance (www.reliance.com) is one of the largest industrial groups in India.
The plant consists of a
- Vertical 2-chamber incinerator
- Nutara Tulip Vortex Venturi (TV²) Multifuel Burner assembly
- Evaporative cooler
- Wet quench with scrubber
Nutara will be responsible for design, fabrication and supply in modules of the package. Erection will be completed by Client with supervision provided by Nutara. Delivery is fast-track at 9.5 months.
The plant will treat a mixture of waste liquids, suspensions and gases.
