Rotary Kiln Gasifier on the move…
This week, the rotary kiln gasifier for Blue Paper in Strasbourg left the workshop by multi-modal transport (crane-truck-ship).
The kiln will be the hearth of the Blue Circle Bio-energy project to generate up to 30 tons per hour of steam from paper recycling reject. The plant will replace the output of 4 natural gas fired boilers that currently supply the cardboard factory with steam.
Site erection is progressing and will be completed by January.
