Delta-EM successfully completed the 5-year Operations and Maintenance contract with Cleanco Waste Treatment LLC in Abu Dhabi, UAE for their Waste Incineration Facilities in Al Dhafra (12 500 TPY) and Al Ain (4 000 TPY).
Delta-EM supplied a team of three O&M Managers to support Cleanco in building a robust operations and maintenance team, improve overall plant performance in terms of plant availability, plant capacity and environmental compliance.
Our team was instrumental in capacity-building and transforming the Cleanco organization from one specialised in waste management logistics to an organization for waste treatment. Delta-EM improved the maintenance and operation procedures to ensure full compliance with emission norms, increase the plant availability to over 335 days per year and increase throughput (in TPH) to the max design capacity.
